After you have completed the Account Settings - Mobile and Email page, you can go to the Account Settings - Language and Formatting page where you can see the following information:

1.  Language

1.1.  Language - Select the default English or choose from one of the languages in the drop down menu.

1.2.  Enable transliteration - Click on Enabled or Disabled option.  If you clicked on Enabled option and point it to Russian language and you chose English as the language for your blog, the English words that you will be typing on the blog will be translated to Russian words.

2.  Formatting

2.1.  Time Zone - Select from the drop down menu the time zone in your country (example: (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time).

2.2.  Date Header Format -  Select from the drop down menu the date format you want to display in your blog pages (example: Wednesday, January 4, 2012).

2.3.  Timestamp Format - Select from the drop down menu the time to be stamped on each of your blog posts (example: 3:02:51 PM).

2.4.  Comment Timestamp Format - Select from the drop down menu the time to be stamped on each of the comments posted by your readers to your blog posts (example: January 4, 2012 3:02 PM).  Click on Save Changes button to update your blog.
